Message dated May 19 was read, stating the House passed and                    
returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 130 with the                        
following amendment:                                                           
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 130(JUD)                                         
An Act relating to immunity for sale or transfer of                            
a firearm; relating to administrative functions                                
performed by and fees charged by the Department                                
of Public Safety for transfer of a firearm.                                    
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House
